VestFit — Functional Fitness

What Your Membership Includes

Amrap — AMRAP (As Many Reps/Rounds As Possible) and traditional interval training (like HIIT) both deliver highly effective, time-efficient workouts but focus on slightly different fitness adaptations. AMRAP emphasizes sustained muscular endurance and pacing under fatigue, while interval training prioritizes explosive power, speed, and full cardiovascular recovery.

Unlimited Classes

Join unlimited Camps every week! Challenging workouts that change daily and Trainers who meet you where you are and motivate you to the next level!

HIIT — High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) alternates short, explosive bursts of maximum-effort exercise with brief recovery periods. This highly efficient approach maximizes calorie burn, triggers the "afterburn" effect (calories burned post-workout), and boosts cardiovascular health in as little as 10 to 30 minutes.

1-1 Trainer Meeting

Meet 1:1 with a Trainer for personalized guidance, goal setting, and accountability.

Athletic Conditioning — Athletic conditioning is specialized training designed to improve power, speed, agility, and endurance. It enhances how efficiently your body uses energy and oxygen during physical activity. This is typically achieved through targeted exercises like interval training, plyometrics, and functional movements.

Before you show up.

I've never trained with a weighted vest — is this for me?
Yes. Vests scale from bodyweight-only to loaded, and every workout has a version that meets you where you are. First session, we set a load you can move well.
Do I need to be in shape to start?
No. Show up as you are. The workouts scale by load, tempo, and volume. What matters is consistency over the first four weeks.
What should I bring?
Training shoes with grip, a water bottle, and a hand towel. We provide everything else.
How do I book my first session?
Give us a call at (727) 615-8041. We'll walk you through class times, load-scaling, and get you on the schedule.
